Mr. Manley uses his practical perspective to offer the most intelligent and pragmatic legal solutions in the most cost-effective fashion. Descended from generations of self-employed and small business owners, he develops tailored strategies to provide the most effective and rewarding legal experience possible.
Mr. Manley commenced his legal career working in the Enforcement Division of the California Department of Corporations (now the California Department of Business Oversight). Mr. Manley followed with a few years of litigation, working on both sides of complex cases, aggressively assisting and prosecuting cases on behalf of plaintiffs, personally and for corporations, and by vigorously defending individuals and corporations in disputes through all aspects of litigation.
Mr. Manley left litigation to pursue and develop a successful practice in transactional matters primarily focused in corporate law and real estate. In August 2013, Mr. Manley joined The Opus Law Firm (formerly, Justin White, P.C) and now represents a wide variety of clients with an extensive focus on leasing, acquisitions, and the formation and operation of business entities.
Mr. Manley graduated Magna Cum Laude from California Western School of Law in 2010, and was elected to their Board of Trustees in 2011. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, San Diego in 2005. Mr. Manley also serves on variety of local boards and associations.
